I am an accredited and insured Pluralistic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. Although, I refer to myself as a 'helper.' I will help you navigate life's challenges and work towards obtaining the future you want.
I can help you work through anything from navigating life's minor difficulties, to healing from historic trauma. To do this, we will have one eye on the future as we unravel and heal from the past. I am trained in several approaches to helping, and will tailor each session to be as unique as each person sitting with me.
I take a holistic approach to helping. After all, our diet and lifestyle impact on how we think, feel and act. Even simple lifestyle changes can have a big impact on how we feel.
I encourage you to find out and become who you truly are, and feel the freedom that becoming your authentic self brings. I can be your 'Reality Scout,' so to speak.

There is much healing in sitting with another human who provides you with a safe space to speak and be heard. Another human who listens non-judgmentally to fully understand you, and what you want to gain from our sessions. I believe we all have the answers we need within us, it is my role to help you find these answers and the meaning that you want in life.
EFT or 'tapping' is an emotional healing technique which can also alleviate some physical symptoms. Based on the acupuncture points of the body, meridian points are tapped sequentially to balance the flow of energy around the body. Negative emotions, phobia's and memories of past trauma will fade as the body's energy reverts to its natural flow.
IEMT uses precise eye movement patterns which help process negative emotions to make them less troublesome. IEMT does this by focussing on the interplay between eye movement and memory recall. It allows you to process distressing memories, alleviate negative emotions and develop healthier thinking patterns.
Single Session Therapy is a stand alone, Counsellor led session where we work through one particular problem. It is more structured and targeted than ongoing therapy sessions. SST is beneficial for people who want to dip in and out of therapy or work through a single problem.
During hypnotherapy you are guided by my voice into a deeply relaxed state, at all times, you are in full control. As you relax I can suggest positive change to your subconscious mind to help with such things as: phobia's, anxiety, smoking cessation, sleep problems.
Although the human connection we seem to lack in these technological times is very important to me, I understand that in-person isn't always suitable. If you are unable to attend in person, we can meet online. All services I provide are suitable for working online.
